That question!
Thank you so for taking the time to leave a comment. I enjoy reading them very much and always try to return a visit. As I do monitor comments it may take a while for them to appear, even quite late depending on what is going on and how much time I am able to spend on the computer.
I appreciate all who look at my blog, but I won't be publishing any businesses. If you are only able to publish anonymously, would you sign your name please, and leave an addy so I can return your visit where possible? Thank you!
They all anxiously await!!! But still looking well fed...
ReplyDeleteI suspect I am not the only one who feeds them. Someone’s kitchen is still open :)
DeleteWonderful Denise.
ReplyDeleteMuch appreciated Margaret and thank you :)
DeleteHow can you resist those beseeching looks?
ReplyDeleteIt is difficult but I am more worried about going out there one night and seeing the beseeching look from a big old black bear, lol!
DeleteI can't wait for Fall's cooler temps!
ReplyDeletehugs
Donna
Me too Donna, sending hugs :)

ReplyDeleteThey are indeed :)
DeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteCute post, the captions are funny. The birds are wondering where is the food?
Take care, have a great weekend.
Thank you Eileen :) so happy you found this funny. You take care and have a great weekend too.
Deletelove each why and got a silly grin on my face at the surfing squirrel... such a cutie pie.. bring on the bird food
ReplyDeleteThank you Sandra, so glad you enjoyed :)
DeleteThey are practicing patience just like you Denise. Darling Saturday chatter, my friend. Take care.
ReplyDeleteThey are Martha Ellen and thank you, always happy you enjoy these my friend. You take care also :)
DeleteHaha I always put out a small amount of bird food even in summer as I will never get any photos without food to attract them. Mostly they do not eat much anyway when it is hot.
ReplyDeleteI hope all is well, sorry I have been so slow this year, buying the adjoining property as kept us more than busy with restoration! Cheers Diane
That’s a good point Diane and no apologies needed :) You have had quite a task with your new adjoining property. Cheers to you also.
DeleteWinter birds are not yet looking for their favorite food.
ReplyDeleteGood to know Red :)
DeleteDENISE
ReplyDeleteWHY INDEED!!!
I ASK WHY SOME BLOG ADDRESSES DISAPPEARED FROM MY LIST DURING MY DATA TRANSFER TO MY NEW COMPUTER. I found you put you back where you belong
Hugs Cecilia
Hi Cecilia, so glad you found me again :) blogging issues can be frustrating. Thank you and sending hugs!
DeleteWe tried that but found the raccoons and foxes were coming earlier and earlier :) also we have both had health issues this year and it has been a bit more difficult and harder to keep up. So looking forward to the Fall in more ways than one.
ReplyDeleteThey are definitely laying a guilt trip on you!
ReplyDeleteI think so Rose, or on myself, lol! I could be projecting somewhat :)
DeleteUy pobres pajaritos. Amo la ardilla. Te mando un beso
ReplyDeleteEllas te agradecen mi amiga :) Te mando un beso.
DeleteI hear you! I am looking forward to the bears going to sleep.
ReplyDeleteThank you Jenn, I am sure you are :) you must get quite a lot of them where you live.
DeleteI often ask that question, "why?" haha. The mourning dove is precious, and I just took some pics of his relative, the Eurasian Collared Dove. His song is so gentle and one of my favorite birds. That's a great picture of the squirrel!
ReplyDelete~Sheri
I must have definitely been in projection mode when putting this post together :) I remember the Eurasian Collard Dove on my west coast trips. Such a sweet sound. I rather like that squirrel picture myself, lol! Thank you Sheri, I hope you are having a wonderful weekend.
DeleteThey are persistent little critters!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ellen, they certainly are :)
DeleteSo cute! Thanks for the laugh.
ReplyDeleteYou are very welcome and thank you!
