HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE - AN ANNIVERSARY

Today is our wedding anniversary.
48 years’ ago we were married in my village church (center-ish) shown in this print.  I have shared it before. I was fortunate to find the artist online several years ago. It came rolled up in a tube and I had it framed at one of the local places. The two bulldog figurines represent Winston Churchill, part of a larger collection of dog figurines on the mantel. Nothing to do with our anniversary but I didn't want to remove them just for the photo, so I thought I would include them along with the festive cone decoration with the tea lights.  It’s been a fast 48 years!

Thank you for the visit.

Have a lovely day!

  15. Happy Anniversary, Denise - 48 years is special, indeed. How nice that you found a print of the village Church you were married at. The framed picture looks very nice with the pine cones and candles. I hope you had a wonderful day. And I love that little couple at the end. ; )

    1. Thank you Sheri, very special :) I have read up on the history of my village and in one of the websites I found this lady. I was thrilled to find her, she is such a talented artist. Glad you enjoyed the pinecone set and the little couple. They, the couple, came from pixabay.com - they have a wealth of extremely cute graphics. You just have to do some searching and that's a fun thing to do for me.
