“Every tree in the forest has a story to tell. Some of them were burnt but they endured the fire and got revived; some of them were cut, their barks injured, some people pick up their leaves to make medicines for their sicknesses, birds used their leaves to make their nests, etc. Upon all these, the tree is still a tree!”

DeleteWhat a wonderful quote this is. I have a thing for the trees as well. They are a special part of nature, providing us with shade when needed, producing fruit and berries and nuts for us and the birds, and part of the trees, twigs and such, can be used for firewood on those freezing nights to keep us warm. Oh Yes, they all have a story to tell, and if only they could tell the stories they hear from us when we are under them chatting away. ; )
ReplyDelete~Sheri
Hello Sherri, nice to know we are kindred spirits regarding our love of trees, and I agree with everything you say :) Those stories they could tell would be a very interesting history of our lives wouldn’t they?
DeleteSuch interesting trees!
ReplyDeleteYes, they were unusually formed weren't they? :) I am always intrigued by the shapes of trees.
