DeleteSo much georgousness!! From what I can see of this lady's painting, she is talented! My favorite is the fifth one. The little gazebo standing on the pier surrounded by blossoms. And even an extra treat, it has a lovely reflection.
ReplyDeleteThanks Ginny, the gazebo is one of my favorite spots. When it's quiet it's lovely to sit there and watch the swallows fly over the water. We have a while to go before they come back. Yes, the lady's painting showed her talent :)

ReplyDeleteYes they do, I have been to the Cherry Blossoms at the Tidal Basin in Washington DC, and they come from all over the world to that one :)

I like seeing plein air painters at work and it is almost too bad you don’t know that mother; it is such a great candid shot..she would love it!....I always enjoy your Monday food posts, but I’m glad to know that you don’t try a new recipe every week! (Most of my menu plans are repeats of ones originally shared by you )).

ReplyDeleteThe cherry blossom is entrancing. It's not surprising people take photos or paint those pretty trees during the season which is soon over. The bridge and the walkway that extends into the water create an attractive scene.
