A FEW WISE WORDS...

The past can’t be changed.

Opinions don’t define your reality.

Everyone’s journey is different.

Overthinking will lead to sadness.

Happiness is found within.

Your thoughts affect your mood.

Smiles are contagious.

Kindness is free.

It’s okay to move on.

and...

Things get better with time.

If you have any opinions about any of these, yay or nay, feel free to leave them in a comment.  Always curious about what blogging friends think, and always an education reading others' opinions.   Constructive advice is always welcome on my blog.

My photo is from a road trip during the month of September several years ago, a view of
The Grand Teton Mountain Range in Wyoming.

  3. I don't know that overthinking brings sadness - I think it can come from many places. I would agree about the others though.

  12. The beautiful Tetons! Stunning photo, Denise. Agree with most of the sayings, but maybe not the overthinking one. I need to overthink certain things or I will act too hastily.

I thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. I enjoy reading them very much and always try to return a visit. As I do monitor comments it may take a while for them to appear, even quite late depending on what is going on and how much time I am able to spend on the computer.
