WORLD INTROVERT DAY

World Introvert Day.

“This is a day for the dreamers, the thinkers, the quiet ones, the ones sitting in the back of the room or standing on the edges, the ones who know more than they show, and feel more than they let on.

Today we celebrate the Introverts.”

  1. I don't know how an extrovert would survive in a pandemic! Best wishes to you for 2021!

    1. I didn't either Ginny. I found this in January of last year and decided as I was too late for the actual day, I would post it for today. Your last sentence made me smile, I think you would be right :)

  8. Hey, a day jus for me. I have learned to live with being an introvert. I'm at the back of the bus when anything new pops up.

    1. There you go Red :) And I like the bus sentence. At parties I was always the one who snuck out when she could :) Crowds still make me uncomfortable.

    1. Hello Martha Ellen, I was delighted to find this last year. Too late to post then so just left it in the hopper until ready for posting again. It definitely spoke to me at the time :)

  13. It seems that there is a day to celebrate everything and based on the last year, there are many more introverts around to observe this date, Denise.

  14. Hi Denise,
We appear to celebrate everything these days, I like to think I'm an Introvert but I'm too much of an Extrovert to admit it.
    Stay safe and well.

  17. Oh! I was honored with a day and didn’t even know it! Still,I wouldn’t have “celebrated” any differently yesterday than I did! I seriously think that those of us who fall into that definition are very lucky in these times. I like people (I’m not a hermit) but I don’t mind my own company either. (Although it is good to be living with a soul-mate )).
