SATURDAY MORNING AT THE BIRD FEEDER - WHAT IS THAT?












They didn't hang around long enough to hear it,  but next time bluebird!

    i always enjoy these so much, they are wonderfully entertaining. awesome captures of the birds, i have never attracted bluebirds to my feeders. i hope you guys have a nice weekend!!

      Thank you Debbie :) they certainly are very entertaining. For years we didn’t get any bluebirds and then two years ago they started appearing at our feeders. You and Chuck have a nice weekend too.

    Sweet!! We have the same problem with food stocked on humanoid shelves!! I guess it's an acquired taste?

    I love all your birds, the captions are so cute. I have never seen Bluebirds eat just seed, they always like the suet or meal worms. Have a happy weekend.

      Thank you Eileen, they seem partial to the suet cakes with mealworms, but I noticed them eating the seed too. Interesting what attracts them. Happy weekend to you also :)

    We love to watch the birds in our back yard too! The dang squirrels not so much, LOL! Cute captions, you should draw birds and then, you would be a cartoonist! I miss reading the "funnies" in the newspaper, don't you?

    I'm always so amazed at the bluebird's vibrant coloring. The first time I actually saw one was at Yellowstone. I never saw one in Illinois.

      Hello Kay, me too. I was enjoying about half a dozen out back yesterday. Never saw one in our yard until a couple of years ago, then all of a sudden they started turning up. Always delighted when they do :)
