UPSIDE DOWN OR RIGHT SIDE UP?

"Each time I see the Upside-Down Man
Standing in the water,
I look at him and start to laugh
Although I shouldn't Oughtter.
For maybe in another world,
Another time,
Another town,
Maybe HE is right side up
And I am upside down."

~Shel Silverstein~

    1. Hi Gill, they can be very intimidating but fortunately I have never had a problem with swans. And then I don't get to see them but very rarely. It's been years! The Canada Geese have given me a warning every now and again :) Always enjoyed them though, and the warnings have been mild.

  4. It shows how flexible the long neck is. A little vertigo inducing to look at it :)

  5. He has written some of the cutest poems! My guess is that the swan is right side up, but his head is bent down.
