DOGS ON THE BEACH

It has been a long time since I was in Virginia Beach, not in the last two or three years at least.  These photos were actually taken on a previous trip to that, in October 2009, from our hotel balcony.

It was a joy to observe these lovely dogs having fun on the beach, chasing a tennis ball.

And oh the joy of catching a wet, soggy tennis ball with the surf rolling in.
You can just feel their happiness.

Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!

    1. They are, dogs and waves. I love to see the surf when it is a little choppy, but only when on dry land :)

  6. Virginia Beach is just a hop, skip and a jump from my house. But, I never go there. If we go to the beach we go to Nags Head. Don't ask me why? I have no idea.

    1. That’s often the way with many of us :) we visited often because hubby has family there. He was born in Norfolk.
