THIS MONTH'S QUIZ QUESTIONS - ANSWERS TOMORROW

To refresh why I started my quiz questions and answers, in the earlier part of the year I was cleaning out old storage boxes and found a general knowledge trivia quiz book.  I thought it might be fun to do a monthly quiz post.  (This information is for those who have popped in for the first time, or might not do so on a regular basis.  Several of you who have been following along for several months now, have told me how much they enjoy them.  Thank you so much for letting me know.)

This is just for a lark and no worries if we don't know the answers.  They will be there the following day.  Hopefully you will find it enjoyable to pick up some trivia.

A memory, which brings back lots of times down at the local pub once a week when they had their quiz nights.  The last time was on a visit to my old home in Devonshire.  We went out one night with dear friends. Absolutely loved being with our friends, always like no time has passed since we last met, and it was a such a fun night.  So here you go...

How many bones are there in the human body?

How many bones are there in a human foot?

Do any mammals fly?

How many quills does a porcupine have?

How does a porcupine use its quills?

I will have the answers for you tomorrow.

  1. The only flying mammal I know is a bat. Porcupines use their quills for defense. But they do not shoot them like some people think.

    1. I have never seen a porcupine in the wild. Perhaps that's just as well :) I'm kidding, I really would enjoy seeing one.

  2. Interesting questions Denise, human body ones I know but the others need to research.

Thank you so for taking the time to leave a comment. I enjoy reading them very much and always try to return a visit. As I do monitor comments it may take a while for them to appear, even quite late depending on what is going on and how much time I am able to spend on the computer.

I appreciate all who look at my blog, but I won't be publishing any businesses. If you are only able to publish anonymously, would you sign your name please, and leave an addy so I can return your visit where possible? Thank you!
