That's an old groaner, even the house finch is flinching.
In the imagination of 'she of the house', the cupcake is made of all good things that the birds like to eat.
That's how it goes on a Saturday morning at the bird feeder.
Have a great day, thanks for visiting
and from the both of us,
a big thank you!
For our overseas friends to translate using the widget on my sidebar:
Photo: "What's this?"
"She of the house said it was the Mister's birthday."
"How many candles on his cake?"
"She didn't say but I noticed she had the fire extinguisher nearby."
Bird: "The Mr and Mrs want to thank you all for the
birthday wishes for Mr's Birthday."

That's nice of her wanting sharing the birthday cupcakes with you lots :-))

ReplyDeleteThank you Sandra, thankfully those candles extinguished themselves ;) I think if you can get a large cupcake and teeny-weeny candles for Bob's birthday, etc., etc. Thanks for the continued smiles me dear :)

DeleteHappy birthday Gregg - don't eat the bird cupcake!
ReplyDeleteThank you Sandie, Gregg says :) I knocked those bird cupcakes out of his hand just in time ;)
DeleteThis morning at my feeder some first timers: red wing blackbirds. I need to empty the feeders this weekend. The bears are coming out. I know at least one knows my yard because of the package it left in the lawn and the suet feeder it disastered.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful! I'm looking forward to seeing the red wing blackbirds again. We have to be careful around here during the summertime regarding bears, though it's a rare sighting. I expect you get more your way Marcia. Bears are beautiful but I certainly don't want to be shaking paws with one :)
DeleteOh no, you can set fire to the cupcake with too many candles.
ReplyDeleteCute birds and captions Denise.
Take care, have a wonderful weekend.
All's well and no cupcakes were harmed, lol! Thank you Eileen and you take care. I hope your weekend was wonderful and I wish you a very happy week :)
DeleteOh Denise too funny! :-D

ReplyDeleteThank you from Gregg, Sallie, and the lady of the house has a good imagination, though I am going to be getting some real bird recipes together so that I can see what I can hang out there :)
DeleteI love it! Happy Birthday, Gregg! I'm afraid we're all needing fire extinguishers at our house when we celebrate a birthday.
