After they shared a cup of tea and a peanut cookie, Sophie Squirrel headed back to her place on the hearth to tell all her friends what a lovely visit she had with her friend at the Fairy Garden. She often finds herself away with the fairies, because it's a fun place to be.
More of the fairies will be shared soon, taken on a visit to Meadowlark Gardens.
Whimsy is always welcome. Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteThat wonderful Sue, so glad you think that way. I know I do when I see these posts of whimsy on other posts :) Thank you!
DeleteHow cute. Such an adorable little fairy and that squirrel in the hat is too cute.
ReplyDeleteThank you Ann, that's my own sunhat I put on and called her Sophie Squirrel that remains on my hearth. She was off visiting one day, lol, away with the fairies, lol!

ReplyDeleteThere are some lovely fairies at the garden, thanks Eileen and you take care and enjoy your weekend also :)
Deletecute conversation and today i saw for the first time, a squirrel, running all over walmarts parking lot. he was eating and eating from all the junk left out there. we see birds but not squirrels
ReplyDeleteNow that's interesting! When I went to the garden I didn't see one squirrel along my walk. They must have been over at Walmart shopping, lol!
DeleteWhat I love about your Saturday bird feeder posts wondering where your creative mind will take you each week. Do you have these figurines in your yard? Or do you take your pictures while you are out and about?
ReplyDeleteThat's a sweet thing for you to say, I really appreciate that, thank you :) You never know what's floating around in my head for Saturday morning, haha! I go to these gardens called Meadowlark and they have a fairy garden as soon as you walk out of their visitor center on the left. I have spent many a happy hour or two taking photos.
DeleteSo sweet, Denise. Sophie is adorable and so is this adventure. So glad she wears her cute sunhat while visiting the fairy.
ReplyDeleteThank you Martha Ellen, and I am glad she wears her sunset also. A very sensible thing to do in the sunlight :)

ReplyDeleteThat's great Sallie, I know she will appreciate that :) It's nice to know I have a good friend who likes to be away with the fairies, just like I do ;)
