Santa's back-up team is practicing.
It will soon be Christmas, and
Santa and the Reindeer are going out on
practice runs making sure things run
smoothly for his ride on Christmas Eve night.
The Pelicans are practicing too, as they
will be standing by in case Santa
needs his very important backup team,
It's never happened that Santa
has not had his reindeer
to deliver to all little girls and boys.
But, just in case....
the Pelicans do lots of practice runs,
with the support of the home team.
And so it goes in the head of this whimsical blogger.
15 days to go 'til Christmas.
Thanks for visiting!
May your weekend be a great one.
I LOVE it!!!!!!

**thank you for sharing your story about your childhood and the balloons and streamers and the Charlie Brown Christmas tree. The ones my mom had every year weren't that decked out either. She had a real tree, and always put red balls on the tree, and then later through the years, a few ornaments here and there and some tinsel. But we do remember those precious memories, don't we? : )
Hi Sheri :) thank you, glad you enjoyed my pelicans and the elf shoes. You are very welcome to my memories of childhood Christmas'. We certainly do remember and they become even more precious as the years go by :) I enjoyed yours very much and thank you for asking bloggers to tell about theirs. Always a fun and enjoyable read to learn of others' memories when they are happy to share. I certainly enjoyed the ones you have written about in your comment. Thanks again! Lovely!
DeleteGood one!
