A few of the historic houses found in Clifton, Virginia, ending up with an old baptist church that is now closed, and possibly under renovation.
With many thanks to our hosts of the following memes, which I am joining in with today.

These lovely old buildings of historic importance seem well looked after in your neck of the woods. Where I am such buildings often don’t get the respect and care they deserve. The Historic Societies in our neighbourhoods are the gems that fight the good fight … sometimes alone.

ReplyDeleteI loved seeing all these beautiful old homes...so so interesting..how I'd love to live in one like them...however, if I did, I would want a whole staff of house cleaners working full time....so I can go out in the garden with a cup of Earl Gray tea and a blueberry scone...:)
ReplyDeleteGreat photos to go along with the history of the area.
