This was originally a photo of our son while he was in North Dakota visiting family about seven years ago. He is shown with his great uncle. He was driving across country and stopped in for a visit. Our son has very special memories of his time there as a young boy, when his grandfather - Gregg's Dad - used to take him, along with a cousin, to spend time on the homestead during the summer months. He was and still is very fond of his great uncle. We often talk about those days. We all feel very blessed to have had his grandpa and great uncle for as long as we did, and these special memories from his time in North Dakota will stay with him his whole life.
(Gregg found an app called Prisma, which he used to turn this photo into art form.)
that's really sweet. good northern midwestern territory. :)
