RANDOM PHOTO
All is quiet. My Brother-in-Law left last Friday and he is greatly missed. We had two weeks of site-seeing, wonderful stories of years gone by, with much laughter in the retelling.
The weekend has also been busy as I had two friends arrive on Saturday, with one leaving yesterday and the other an hour ago. More wonderful stories and again much laughter. It feels a bit strange to be quiet and to sit down with no where to go, for the time being. This never lasts too long, and yes I am smiling here.
To my family and to my friends, we love you and miss you. Come back soon!
I will be sharing photos of the places we have seen over the next several posts. In the meantime here is a random photo taken while in the Capitol Building, of Giuseppe Garibaldi. You can read an interesting article about this man here, and also here.

Thank you so for taking the time to leave a comment. I enjoy reading them very much and always try to return a visit. As I do monitor comments it may take a while for them to appear, even quite late depending on what is going on and how much time I am able to spend on the computer.
I appreciate all who look at my blog, but I won't be publishing any businesses. If you are only able to publish anonymously, would you sign your name please, and leave an addy so I can return your visit where possible? Thank you!
