Hello Mr. Goldfinch, so nice to see you. It has been several months since we last saw you.
Thank you, it is good to be back.
Photo 2:
Did you know you have sheep in your garden? They keep saying winter is coming.
Photo 3:
It was cooler today but it is still August. It also rained like the Dickens.
I am so confused.
Photo 4:
Did you know it takes five sheep just to make one sweater?
I didn't even know they could knit!
That's a real groaner!
Denise, you always make me smile and laugh with these posts. Sheep knitting, frogs conversing with a goldfinch. While some may call this a groaner I find it hilarious ๐
ReplyDeleteThank ๐ you so much, dear friend ๐งก

Greetings Aritha, thank you and I look forward to visiting you :)
DeleteWe haven’t seen any goldfinches…house finches but no goldfinches.
ReplyDeleteWe get more house finches than goldfinches but always delighted when the goldfinches appear :)
Deletevery cute!
ReplyDeleteThank you Christine :)
DeleteCool!
ReplyDeleteThank you Anne :)
DeleteWhere do the goldfinch go? I was talking to Barb yesterday and she said "I saw a goldfinch today". We will have dozens around at a time, then all of a sudden they are gone, months later, they return.....
ReplyDeleteGoldfinches stay around here all year round so I read, but they will fly to where the food sources are. I'll have to start feeding them soon. The evenings have become quite fresh so the season is ready for the next one :)
DeleteVery cute. Happy morning! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you Rita and now it's past morning, I hope yours was a great one :)
DeleteOM word 'didn't even know they could knit'...I did not see that coming. Glad I wasn't drinking my coffee. Hilarious chatter today. I saw my first male goldfinch this week too
