DeleteSo true! We just back from our early morning walk. It's tiring walking 8 kilometers direct after an-hour strength training, but at the same time that you feel like you have accomplished something :-)

Deletethis is good to know, I have walked every morning for 5 years, and only missed 10 days out of those five years. I am afraid the blessings are not making it through though, Murphy's Law has intervened, although I am blessed when I consider the fact at counting down 4 weeks to age 78 I Can and Do walk every day. that is a blessing
