SNOW BIRDS

There are a lot of birds in this post.  There are Cardinals, White-breasted Nuthatch, Dark-eyed Juncos, Blue Jays, Goldfinches, House Finches and Carolina Wren.

We didn't have a heavy snow and a lot of it melted today.

Thanks for looking and have a great day.

  2. OH, a cute little Wren! I love them so. And I love how the Junco has snow on his beak. Poor little guy looks so miserable n the second picture. I just loved scrolling through the beautiful photos! A delight for a birdwatcher like me.

    1. Thanks Tanya, he is the one who amused me. I couldn't make out if that was a seed in his mouth or whether he was sticking his tongue out at me :)

Not keen on the snow, hope it does not cross to us. Some super images of the Cardinals and Jays.

  13. Wow! Fabulous captures...I so love that first cardinal shot...of the female cardinal. I am not sure why it appeals to me so much. Specially with all the other shots being just as good.
