This is one of the pretty homes on Main Street, in The Plains, Virginia. I have been turning my photos into art lately, but I will share the original photo sometime.
As mentioned yesterday, the iPad art app that I have is called 'ArtCard'. I have been enjoying all the various effects, styles. I never know when the mood hits when I want to turn my photos into art.
The process of putting our house in order after all the upheaval is making headway, albeit a little slowly. But slow and steady wins the race.
While I love your posts, feel free to put getting the house in order as a priority.
ReplyDeleteWe will happily wait.
I will be doing just that EC, but happy to take a break :) Thank you!
DeleteThe house is beautiful! Now I want to see both pictures side by side.

DeleteHello! I found your blog from another blogger I follow.
ReplyDeleteAs others commented before me ... the turning of your photos into works of art makes for a beautiful piece to display. Plus I am sure lots of fun!
I lived in VA for 8 years (years and years ago) and know there are beautiful places to visit and use as art. But even a not-so-beautiful place could be 'fiddled' with.
I like using Gimp to play with the pics. Nothing fancy and usually just a time waster. lol
Welcome! So nice to meet you and I have been over to your blog now. Just took me a while with colds and such. Nice to have these apps to play around with. Sometimes it's just good to veg out and 'play' :)
DeleteI so love this, Denise! It would made a great painting, or a great jigsaw puzzle.
ReplyDeleteThank you Rose, I like that idea :)
DeleteVery pretty!
ReplyDeleteThank you William :)
