Thank you so for taking the time to leave a comment. I enjoy reading them very much and always try to return a visit. As I do monitor comments it may take a while for them to appear, even quite late depending on what is going on and how much time I am able to spend on the computer.
I appreciate all who look at my blog, but I won't be publishing any businesses. If you are only able to publish anonymously, would you sign your name please, and leave an addy so I can return your visit where possible? Thank you!

DeleteMy parents left this earth may years ago so all my feelings are for my late husband, Joe. It didn't help that he was so poorly at Christmas.

DeleteHi Denise,
ReplyDeleteI think we all naturally miss our parents, this obviously more at this time of the year.
Both my parents lived into the nineties so they had a full life.
With love from our family to yours, John
Hi John, I agree. I always felt mine left far too early, not too far past 70, my sister was way too young, but they have all been gone for many years now. I miss them dearly, especially this time of the year. Gregg's parents are also in our hearts and minds but we do talk about them and the good memories we have of them. With love from our family to yours too John. See you after the holidays.
DeleteThank you! Lovely images of your loved ones!
ReplyDeleteThank you Ginny, appreciate your sweet comment.
DeleteOur emotions are all tied up in family times at Christmas. Remembering loved ones no longer with us is sobering. Still happy as well as they shaped who we are. Thanks for the heartfelt post. ♥
ReplyDeleteHi Martha Ellen, couldn't have said it better, and you are very welcome.
DeleteToday was a memory day for me with some tears. Blessings to you dear Denise...
ReplyDeleteI am sure it was Ellen, my heartfelt sympathy to you and your family and I also wish you many blessings.
DeleteA nice post, Denise, and it really is so true. My mother died 4 years ago right before Christmas so she is especially in my thoughts this weekend.
ReplyDeleteI remember when we talked about your mother’s passing Dorothy. It has been many years for me but at this time of the year it can seem like yesterday. I miss my sister too. I could talk to her about anything and she to me also. We will have to remember the good times, that’s for sure.
