DRAGONFLIES AND A TURTLE AND A BEE

The first time I noticed the dragonflies out there was over the weekend.

And the turtles were enjoying the sun.

There were also a lot of bees ....

flitting from flower....

to flower.

  2. These are marvelous pictures!! I am enjoying the little details, too. The fluffy fur on the bee, the sparkly wings on the dragonfly and the brilliant blue of his body, the touch of red on the turtle. Your pictures are brilliant.

  6. We are also seeing the emergence of the new seasons dragonflies. Love to see how the light refracts through their wings. Great to see so many insects searching for pollen.

  19. The turtle looks like he's stretching as far as he can to get close to Heaven... as an act of worship.

Be blessed, thanks for talking back at Harvest Lane Cottage,
