I am dedicating this post to our blogging friend Tina Forrester (East Gwillimbury Camera Girl), who sadly was killed in a tragic car accident with her husband a few days ago.
I thought I would do a little something different for me today. For SkyWatch Friday and for Fun Friday Five, I am sharing the first five photos I ever shared with SkyWatch Friday. Tanya at Willy-Nilly Friday Five is suspending her meme for today, but will still share with Cath at Fun Friday Five.

Always sad news when someone we have come to know even through blogging passes on and quite suddenly too. I did not know of Tina's blog but am saddened to learn of the death of her and her husband.
ReplyDeleteSome beautiful skies around the world. I'll sure miss Tina, too.
ReplyDeleteVale Tina.
ReplyDeleteAnother lovely tribute.
The light over Manassas and the Victoria legislature are my favourites!
ReplyDeleteI just saw the notice in Eileen's blog. Was shocked. Life is so fragile. May their soul rest in peace

ReplyDeleteI especially liked the domes of the Parliament Building in Victoria. I only got views from our ship as we departed the harbor and again when it was lit up at night. Very nice skies, and I share your feeling of loss about Tina and Tom. She was like a personal friend who shared so many of her experiences with me.
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how we find such a diverse choice of photos for a meme. Love them all.
ReplyDeleteWonderful aspects, amazing sky at sunset in orange light! And so sensitive tribute to Tina!
ReplyDeleteBest regards!
Beautiful post sacrificed her. I for now I can not be reconciled with the fact that it no longer exists. It was a shock. Regards.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to read about your friend's passing.
ReplyDeleteWe will miss Tina so much, she was a great bogging friend to so many. Your pictures are...and have always been...beautiful. A fitting tribute!
