SATURDAY MORNING AT THE BIRD FEEDER - THEY WENT WHERE?

Here's a clue!

The man of the house and his brother drove to Baltimore and had a great time watching the Baltimore Orioles play the Houston Astros. They said it was a fun game and their team won. Here's information on that iconic song, along with the lyrics here, and an actual video of the Sesame Street Gang singing it. If the video disappears you can find it at this link.

That's how it goes on a Saturday Morning at the Bird Feeder.
I hope you enjoy singing along.
Thanks for stopping by and I wish you all
a very happy month of May.
Let’s play ball!

“Take em out to the ballgame,
Take me out with the crowd.”

“Buy me some peanuts and
Cracker Jack, I don’t care if
I never get back.”

    1. That it is! Gregg and his brother took a trip down to Florida one year to catch a few games when Spring Training was going on. They both had a great time and I hope they can do that again one day.

  2. It's even sweeter when your teams wins. I thought is was football, trust me but it's rounders they were playing, well that is what I call it...lol

    1. That's very true and here it's baseball but I remember playing rounders when I was at school until I started spraining an ankle or two or three, and then all I was good for was to keep the scores, lol!

    1. Thanks Angie, and I'm afraid I am one of those who sees someone kicking or hitting a ball and I glaze over. I wasn't brought up with sports.
