Emily Elizabeth Dickinson (12-10-1830 - 5-15-1886) was an American poet. Little known during her life, she has since been regarded as one of the most important figures in American poetry. ReplyDeleteSometime ago I read (and reviewed) a book on Charles Darwin and Emily Dickinson. As part of that exercise I borrowed Dickinson works from the library. I have to confess they did not move me greatly, and the fault perhaps lies in my dullardness. I will have to try again.
