These were lovely paintings in the visitor center at Meadowlark Botanical Garden. Local artists and every one of them was for sale. Priorities are sending me in another direction but they were lovely to look at.

Thank you so for taking the time to leave a comment. I enjoy reading them very much and always try to return a visit. As I do monitor comments it may take a while for them to appear, even quite late depending on what is going on and how much time I am able to spend on the computer.
I appreciate all who look at my blog, but I won't be publishing any businesses. If you are only able to publish anonymously, would you sign your name please, and leave an addy so I can return your visit where possible? Thank you!

the first picure is my favourite
ReplyDeleteIt is very pretty.
DeleteI only hang my own photos on my walls, every room has framed photographs. they cost me nothing but ink to print and the frames... you have so many beautiful things you could frame
ReplyDeleteAnd I bet yours look wonderful Sandra. I am planning on framing a few of ours. We are painting one of the spare rooms and they will be going in there to start.
DeleteI bet they were expensive! My favorite would be the one with the barns. Next is the first one.
ReplyDeleteHi Ginny, they were very expensive, in the three figures, but I know a lot of work goes into them. You can see every brush stroke. It is fun finding out everyone's favorite.
DeleteVery nice, I love looking at works like this.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jimmy, me too.
DeleteThey are lovely but I like the first one best. Have a good day Diane

ReplyDeleteThanks Linda, and so nice to learn of your favorites :)
DeleteThey are lovely - though I think I would have preferred a smaller frame on the first. One which dominated less...

DeleteHi Denise, another interesting place to visit with some wonderful artwork, I'm afraid the only thing I am any good at painting is a wall. All the best, John
ReplyDeleteI am happy you enjoyed them John. I can draw stick figures ;) All the best to you too, Denise!
DeleteI would be happy turning my lounge into an art gallery but Joe was very much against what he called littering the walls. I did manage to find places for my own framed work.
ReplyDeleteMe too Valerie. I have a few things up on the walls, a few prints from places we have lived in and family pics. I haven't treated myself to a painting in a very long time. Lovely to have your own photos framed.
DeleteHello Denise, they are all beautiful paintings and scenes. Happy Sunday, enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteHi Eileen thank you and the same to you :)
DeleteHi Denise, these are a lovely group of paintings... each quite different, yet all have a really nice feel to them. It's good to have photos of them even if you can't buy. Cheers now :D)
ReplyDeleteThank you Sue, I wish I had gotten all their names so that I could have shared them. I will do that next time. I am happy to advertise them in case anyone is in the area and can take a look-see. It would be great if someone ended up buying one.
