a snow bear. Son sent these yesterday while driving through one of the neighborhoods on his way home, and I decided I would share today.
He said the main roads have been cleared and it’s still tricky getting through the neighborhoods as there is only room for one car and no parking on the sides.
Thanks for looking and stay safe and warm.

How cute the polar bear is! Thanks for sharing. Oh, there's lots of snow at your son's place!
ReplyDeleteHave a good day! Hugs, Elke
You are very welcome and thank you Elke :) More snow on the weekend here. You have a good day also. Hugs, Denise
DeleteVery cute. Never driven in snow as yet, Denise.
ReplyDeleteThank you Margaret and never driven in snow? That's marvelous :)
DeleteI have never seen a snow polar bear. It is awesome!!! A nice change from the snowmen.
ReplyDeleteIt is, very much so. Total impressed with the skills of whoever made it. Never seen a bear snowman either :) Thanks Ginny!

DeleteOh my gosh that is so clever. WHovever built that bear did an awesome job. Glad your son spotted it and shared.
ReplyDeleteThey certainly did! I am always thankful son and daughter-in-law share their photos :)
DeleteThat’s pretty ambitious and gives a whole new meaning to snowman!
ReplyDeleteCouldn't agree more David :)
DeleteThat's pretty awesome and creative. Love it :-D
ReplyDeleteEach day is getting a bit better. I am walking (hobbling) in the house without the moonboot and standing fairly normally while doing the dishes and such. I am taking each day as it comes and celebrating the wins each day. Thanks for all the positive messages Denise really help :-D All my blogging friends have been so supportive too :-D
Thanks Ananka, and so glad you are progressing in your journey. It's been tough I know. Good for you for celebrating those wins. That positive attitude will carry you through. In the meantime, I will be sending all the healing vibes I can muster. I agree about all our blogging friends. So much kindness from them out there. That in itself is good medicine. Hugs, Denise
DeleteMr. Polar Bear needs a Coke can. Cute. Linda in Kansas
ReplyDeleteI love that, yes where's the coke can :))) Thanks for the smile Linda!

ReplyDeleteI thought so too, thank you Anne :)
DeleteThe snow bear is delightful and such a change from snowmen.
ReplyDeleteI agree Jan, made me smile when I saw him :)
DeleteOh, the bear!!!
ReplyDeleteYes, that bear :) Isn't he a lovely sight?
DeleteCute!
ReplyDeleteVery much so :)
DeleteJust for your information , I had two polar bears in my house! For real. Hunters shot the mother and then found she had small cubs.
ReplyDeleteThat's amazing Red! I hope you'll tell us more about that one day :)
DeleteThat's impressive.
ReplyDeleteIt is indeed :)
DeleteDenise please thank your son. The bear reminds me of the Polar Bears in the Coca cola commercials
ReplyDeleteHugs Cecilia
I will pass your thanks on to him Cecilia, thank you :) I will have to check out some of those commercials. They were excellent as far as I can remember. Hugs, Denise
DeleteHow creative...love it! Sounds like you still have inside cozy days ahead!
ReplyDeleteVery much so Ellen but no cabin fever yet. It helps to channel the hermit in my personality :)
DeleteWoah! That is one huge bear!
ReplyDeleteIt certainly is :)
DeleteLove the polar bear snow sculpture. People are so creative, Our neighbors have a great big peace sign in the snow. Take care, enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteIt's a fun one, isn't it Eileen? I agree with you and how wonderful about the peace sign. You take care and enjoy your day also:)
DeleteThat's a huge one :-)) So much snow...brrrrrr
ReplyDeleteI don't think I have seen any bigger locally, and I share your sentiments on the snow :)
DeleteI'm not sure where he lives, but that was a lot of snow and a cute BIG bear!
ReplyDeleteHe only lives 14 miles away Sandie :) Like us he loves to take photos and was very happy to come across this wonderful snow bear. We were delighted to see it.

ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Thank you Jan, I will let him know :) All the best to you too, Denise
DeleteUy que lindo. Me enamore. Te mando un beso.
ReplyDeleteYo también me enamoré del oso de nieve :) Me alegra mucho que te haya gustado. ¡Gracias! Te mando un beso.
DeleteWow- I do believe that is the cutest snowbear I have ever seen!
ReplyDeleteCouldn't have put it better :)
DeleteHeard from friends in Columbia, MD that school has been out all week. All the ice on top of the snow has been so treacherous.
ReplyDeleteI can well believe it. I remember a friend’s daughter slipping on the ice a few years back and she broke her leg trying to walk to where the school bus picked her up. Schools here have been closed here for the week. Scheduled to return to school next Monday.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely adorable! ❄️🐻
Such a fun way to brighten snowy days.
Stay safe and warm!
Thank you Veronica Lee, a lovely description. Thank you, very much appreciated :)
DeleteThat is a different take on a snow creation instead of a snowman. The roads here are clear for the main ones, but side streets are still not that great and piles of snow at the corners make visibility a challenge.
ReplyDeleteI agree :) do you also have the bad ice?
DeleteThat is a bigger than life polar bear!
ReplyDeleteIt certainly is :)
DeleteSomeone was very industrious! This was fun!
ReplyDeleteThank you Jeanie, yes they were and it certainly gave me a smile :)
DeleteThat is a fun picture your son shared! Happy Weekend.
ReplyDeleteThank you Ivy, I thought so when I saw it. Happy weekend to you also :)
DeleteLove the snow bear. He looks well fed. 😊
ReplyDeleteThank you Beverley and he certainly does :)
