We were in Annapolis last Saturday, the 25th (history found here). Lampposts were decorated with scarecrows and some shops for Halloween throughout the town. Here are a few of the photos I took while driving around. This is a wider angle of the photo I shared yesterday.

ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND - PUMPKINS AND SCARECROWS
I liked the positive sign in the window next door.
"Together we can, Annapolis!"
There were also very large carved pumpkins. I took a few photos but there were others further away, and we were heading out of town. This link tells you about them.
A close up of the one above.
And another outside the visitor center.
You can see it more clearly here.
There were more scarecrows nearby...
and several others in the area but I was only able to take a few photos.
This was a flying visit but we're hoping to go back next month.
(Message on signature logo above, "Thank you for stopping by and have a very happy Halloween Week!")

Thank you so for taking the time to leave a comment. I enjoy reading them very much and always try to return a visit. As I do monitor comments it may take a while for them to appear, even quite late depending on what is going on and how much time I am able to spend on the computer.
I appreciate all who look at my blog, but I will not be publishing any businesses. If you are only able to publish anonymously, would you sign your name, and leave an addy so I can return your visit where possible? Thank you!

DeleteI can see that Halloween is a big deal down there.
ReplyDeleteWith many, yes. My neighborhood is relatively quiet - there will be none and then a few pop up here and there. It seems to be that way in a lot of neighborhoods and then some of these historical towns put on quite a show.
DeleteLove ❤️

DeleteAnnapolis is a neat town to visit. Since I grew up near Alexandria, port towns always feel like home to me.
