Thank you so for taking the time to leave a comment. I enjoy reading them very much and always try to return a visit. As I do monitor comments it may take a while for them to appear, even quite late depending on what is going on and how much time I am able to spend on the computer.
I appreciate all who look at my blog, but I won't be publishing any businesses. If you are only able to publish anonymously, would you sign your name please, and leave an addy so I can return your visit where possible? Thank you!

ReplyDeleteThat’s lovely Linda :)
DeletePretty cup and saucer.
ReplyDeleteThank you Janice, they have been around for a long time :)
DeleteI would love to sit and share a cup of tea with you. Oh the things we could talk about.
ReplyDeleteI wish we could do that Ann, we would have a splendid good old natter :)
DeleteWe do drink tea, usually around 4:00 pm. I tolerate it rather than enjoy it. We have a whole collection of dainty china cups and saucers, but they are never used. They are never even handled except to be washed a couple of times a year and set back on the shelf to begin the accumulation of dust again so that we can repeat the cycle. So far, attempts to give them away have been staunchly resisted by all. I think they are destined for the thrift store! Maybe today!
ReplyDeleteI grew up in a family where the kettle was always on the hob. I drink it not quite as much but it is still enjoyed in our wedding China :)
DeleteLovely, thank you and the Royal Doulton Old English Rose teacup set :)
ReplyDeleteThank you Margaret and you are very welcome :)

ReplyDeleteIt is always special to me too. Thank you :)
DeleteI love my afternoon cup of tea and little something homebaked. Yesterday it was plum torte. And thank you!

ReplyDeleteI would be very happy to get together with you Andrea :) I would love that and the thought gives me a smile. Sending love and a hug xoxo
Deletefill mine with a calming tea, your choice and I will be right there
ReplyDeleteCome on over my dear friend, I’ll put the kettle on :)
DeleteYou've got to show a photo with no cream or sugar for us folks who like just plain strong tea.
ReplyDeleteIt was only when I got married and moved here that I found out about other teas. My favorite way to drink tea is with a drop of milk, no sugar. I am also fond of green tea and chamomile infused with honey and vanilla :) but bone china screams for a proper cup of British tea.
DeleteI wish I could say I'll be right over.
ReplyDeleteI wish you could too Sandra :)
DeleteFriends and tea :) Happy day to you, Denise.
ReplyDeleteA very special combination :) A happy day to you too Ellen.
DeleteTea for breakfast, sometimes for lunch and if the day's not too hot in late afternoon while I read. I buy loose tea from The Larkin Tea Company based in Martinsburg, WV.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the name of the tea company Marcia, I will have to check it out :)

ReplyDelete~Sheri
It is made by Royal Albert and the design is called Old Country Roses Sheri :) I will have to do a search for the candy dish. Sounds delightful!
