Happily married to my best friend for 49 years. Our son and daughter-in-law live not so far away, and they are our joy. I am 75 and aging doesn’t bother me, a few more wrinkles, a little more creaky but wearing each new grey hair proudly. A little tongue in cheek perhaps. I do wonder where all that time went. I take no day for granted, treating each one as a blessing. I bounce around on my blog sharing my love of all things, in nature, flowers, wildlife, looking at art, poems, quotes, recipes and a few rambles. I very rarely mention what I read or see on the news. There is so much going on here and in our world that I find heartbreaking, but I hope you can come here as a place of peace, find something that will take your mind off things for a little while and give you smile.
