I found this one from a summer road trip, August-September 2013 at the entrance of a homestead. We were driving through Wyoming.
While not able to get out and about, I am very grateful for these old photos to share.
Thanks for looking and have a great day!

That is kind of strange, having a bear do a milk advertisement!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean but I think because it was in the middle of Wyoming and with all the bears about, the people decided on the bear carving for their milk sign :)
DeleteThis carved wooden bear is absolutely beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIt's snowing here again too, so I'm not going out today either!
Safety first!
Have a relaxing day, hugs Elke
Greetings Elke! I thought so too. Enjoy your falling snow. It always looks so pretty when the flakes come down but as you say, safety first :) You have a relaxing day also, hugs Denise
DeleteCute one, I love the bears! Take care, enjoy your day and happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteThanks Eileen, they're great, aren't they? :) You take care and enjoy your day and weekend also.
DeleteThat bear is so cute. I wondering if that way maybe in front of a dairy farm?
ReplyDeleteThanks Ann, I bet you’re right :)
DeleteBrings back memories, doesn’t it?
ReplyDeleteWonderful memories, the older I get, and probably being house bound for a while, lol!
DeleteThat's a cutie!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jeanie :)
DeleteI want this bear!
ReplyDeleteMe too! I would enjoy having him on the deck, or anywhere around here :)
DeleteCute!
ReplyDeleteThanks Christine :)
DeleteCute carving. Don't go stir crazy!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ellen, fortunately I've got plenty to keep me occupied, like blogging, lol! :)
DeleteThat's so cool Denise, I like it :-D
ReplyDeleteThank you Ananka, I thought so too and glad you like it :)
DeleteHope you're staying warm. Very cold here and I have to go out for a doctor check up later this morning.
ReplyDeleteHi Marcia, I hope your checkup went well :) Very cold here too, 15 degrees F. in my part of Virginia, going down to 7 tonight, but at least no snow. We still have to watch out for ice so no walkies for me for a while. Even the deck looks treacherous. I'm sitting here with a blanket over my lap and a throw over my shoulders :))) You stay warm too.
DeleteTonight we have another band of wintry weather this time just fluffy snow (not ice like last weekend) but it will only be 23 tomorrow all day with gusty wind. We expect 3-6"
ReplyDeleteWarm hugs I hope the birdies wear their winter feathers tomorrow during their chat.
Cecilia
That's interesting Cecilia, my sister-in-law is going to be getting the same weather but she's down in NC. The birds don't have their winter coats on. I'm going to have to help with that situation :)))
DeleteI would have expected a cow. Haha.
ReplyDeleteYou would think so :)
DeleteCool! Have a nice weekend.
ReplyDeleteThank you Ann and you too :)
DeleteGreat carving.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Thank you Jan and all the best to you too :)
DeleteI was gonna do a cartoon only with the words, Got Snow? Hope the rest of your weekend goes well and you get out soon if you want.
ReplyDeleteThat's great, I hope you do, you're great at that! Thank you Ivy, we're hoping too :)
DeleteCute - but why can't you get out?
ReplyDeleteHi Sandie, we had about a foot of snow and then it immediately turned into thick, thick ice. Hubby tried to dig us out, but he said it was impossible, so we couldn't get the car out of the garage. Fortunately, today we had a welcome knock on the door. More to follow on Sunday :)
DeleteWhat a charming snapshot.
ReplyDeleteThank you Melody, much appreciated :)
DeleteUy que lindo. Te mando un beso.
ReplyDeleteMe alegra que te parezca bonito. ¡Gracias! Te mando un beso :)
DeleteI like that, it's very different, Denise.
ReplyDeleteSo glad Margaret :) thank you!
