And that's how it goes on a Saturday Morning at the Bird Feeder.
Have a great weekend everyone.
Thanks for stopping by!
For our international blogging friends, here is the above dialog. I may not always remember but I did today.
Picture 1: Male Downy Woodpecker, "I am back again but where is the birdseed?
Picture 2: Blue Jay, "Camera Lady says there is plenty of natural food now, and she will feed you in the colder months when food is scarce. She has also seen you hopping up and down the tree eating all those bugs. You are not lacking in protein she says."
Picture 3: Downy woodpecker, "I would like to see her hopping up and down a tree trying to catch them. Those things are fast!:
Out of frame someone says: "If only she had that energy."
Picture 4: "Male House finch says, "I would like to see that."
Picture 5: Male Cardinal says, "So would her husband. A little bird told me."
So cute and funny 😁 😂 Denise. Love ❤️ the photos and the birds talking.
ReplyDeleteSo happy you enjoyed Linda :) always appreciate your kind words. Thank you!
DeleteWe feed the birds all year - but put out less in the warmer months. They have always got water though. Thanks for the smiles. I would love to be as agile as a bird.
ReplyDeleteYou are very welcome and always happy to share the smiles :) We put the water out every day also. Today it is 82 deg. F. and 90 yesterday. Yes,I would like to be as agile, but perhaps in not this heat.
DeleteGood morning my friend.
ReplyDeleteI missed Saturday's poultry farm!!
Thank you for putting a translation below.
I know a little English, but I didn't understand some words!
Have a nice weekend!!
Hello My Friend :) I am happy you used the translation feature. It comes in very useful. I will try to remember to repeat the birds’ conversations below the main post.
DeleteBird feeder is the social cafe
ReplyDeleteA lovely way to put it Roentare, thank you :)
DeleteSO cute! So do they still come around even if there is no food now?
ReplyDeleteThanks Ginny, sadly no. I put the water out every day and that brings in a few. These are old photos :)

DeleteHello, Denise
ReplyDeleteI enjoy your birds, they are missing the food you provided. It was too easy, not having to forage for their meals. Cute captions and images. Take care, have a wonderful weekend.
That’s great, thank you Eileen :) you take care and have a wonderful weekend also.
DeleteYour birds are very chatty.
ReplyDeleteThey always seem to be :)
DeleteAlways fun to see what the birds are saying! Happy weekend!
ReplyDeletehugs
Donna
Always happy you think so Donna :) Happy weekend to you too and sending hugs
DeleteBarb continues to feed throughout the year. It is interesting to see the changes in what birds visit at various times of the year. We rarely if ever see cardinals.
ReplyDeleteI miss my birds, that’s for sure. There was so much chatter about the bird flu making its way up the state, but that seems to be old news now. I will have to do a little research. I love my cardinals, but then again I love all the birds that visit :)
DeleteThat would be a sight to see for sure…you hopping up and down the side of a tree. We feed our birds year round.
ReplyDeleteIt certainly would be, lol! Missing my birds but they always have a big dish of water. I am also seeing a lot of other bird feeders in the area. There was also a bear seen again. Just remembered that. We are asked not to fill the feeders at such times.
DeleteLOL, these are always so entertaining. I love how your mind works.
ReplyDeleteYou are very kind to say that Ann thank you! :)
DeleteMOL BOL Birdies maybe we can get a video of camera lady hopping on the ground
ReplyDeleteand Bryan doing cartwheels...it would win an award for sure
Hugs Cecilia
Yes, I would like to see that video too but never going to happen, lol! Now Bryan on the other hand ;) sending hugs.
DeleteI'm afraid my hopping up and down days are behind me. :) Happy Flag day to you!
ReplyDeleteI think the last time I hopped up and down a tree was when I was ten! lol! Happy Flag Day to you also :)
DeleteYou say a lot using your Saturday morning critters.
ReplyDeleteA little slice of life in those Saturday morning posts Red, with a little touch of artistic license :)
DeleteI think you're a birdie mind reader, Denise. I'm *sure* that's what each of these birds is thinking!! ~Andrea xoxo
ReplyDeleteWell Andrea, they certainly do in my head, lol! :) Thank you and sending hugs xoxo
DeleteAlways enjoy the critter chat! ;)
ReplyDeleteThat’s great Rita, so glad :)
Deletegood idea to save the seed for when needed, but it appears your residents might be ready to have a PROTEST! if you see them waving signs, look out. ha ha. great photos of your talking birds
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, I missed a moment with that protest :) Thank you Sandra, you have sown a seed for my bird feeder posts.
DeleteYes, there's plenty of food now, and we humans can't hop up and down like little birds.
ReplyDeleteWe certainly can’t :)
DeleteCamera Lady...I like that!!:) I'm sure they have their eye on you!
ReplyDeleteThank you Jennifer :) and they certainly do, lol!
DeleteThat's cute, Denise. You're very special to feed those birds in the cold months. They do seem to find what they need from the ground and earth, as they are always on my lawn pecking away at something. It's so nice to have a blog friend who loves the birds as much as I do.
ReplyDelete~Sheri
Thank you Sheri :) something that was passed down to me by my parents. I hear a lot of birds in the trees, their songs keep me happy.
DeleteCamera lady. lolololololololololol. You crack me up. Happy Weekend.
ReplyDeleteAnd you have made my day. Thanks Ivy :) Happy Weekend to you too!

DeleteUy que lindo. ten un buen fin de semana.
ReplyDeleteGracias, agradezco tu amable comentario. Te mando un beso :)
DeleteI empathize with your bird friends -- I CAN always find and prepare my own food, but sometimes it is really nice to have somebody else do it all for me.
ReplyDeleteSo very true Sallie :)
DeleteVery cute! Your birds have personality!
ReplyDeleteThanks Linda, they are very happy to know you said that :)
