I did a search for C. J. Frick but couldn't find much on the author. Then I read a short paragraph at this website. It shared a book, "Be the Person Your Dog Thinks You Are" authored by C. J. Frick and drawings by Liz Donnelly. The name, C. J. Frick, is actually a composite of the names of the book editors. More can be read at the website.

It truly is Sheri :) Golden's are beautiful dogs. Our family had one when I still lived at home with my parents. He had an adorable and sweet nature.
