SATURDAY MORNING AT THE BIRD FEEDER - SO CONFUSED!
These poor Dark-eyed Juncos are suffering from the after-effects of Camera Lady finding the photos of all those statues yesterday. Wait until they see the photos from the zoo!
Everything does feel better after a cuppa! I can remember if I ever went to my Mum with a broken heart or some other dilemma, she'd always say "I'll put the kettle on".
He is a cutie! We have them in the winter also. Funny how they migrate to a cold place in the winter, and do not go south. They are also called Snow Birds.
Yes, who knew, lol! I will be knitting them waterproof booties next 😉 All joking aside, I wonder about that too, or any of the wildlife. The snow didn’t seem to slow them down.
What lovely photos of the birds, Denise. And I really like that lady statue. I had to leave mine behind when I moved, as it was just too expensive to haul all my statues.
Sweet little junco (we always called them snowbirds growing up). I always enjoy your creative posts with your backyard friends, Denise! Now that statue the camera lady has featured is lovely.
Thank you Martha Ellen :) I like the name snowbirds very much and very appropriate. The statue was a great find at pixabay. I agree with you, she is lovely.
I love Junco's. Thank you Jeanie, for the sweet comment, and yes I do have fun. I look at those little birds/squirrel faces, and they seem to be telling me what to say with their expressions. Most of the time anyway :)
Thank you so for taking the time to leave a comment. I enjoy reading them very much and always try to return a visit. As I do monitor comments it may take a while for them to appear, even quite late depending on what is going on and how much time I am able to spend on the computer.
I appreciate all who look at my blog, but I won't be publishing any businesses. If you are only able to publish anonymously, would you sign your name please, and leave an addy so I can return your visit where possible? Thank you!
Well done Denise..
ReplyDeleteHave added a bit more in my comments.
Thank you Margaret :) I will be right on over.
DeleteThanks for the smiles.
