Me too Angie although it helps that I have a check list before I go to bed now, and check everything I wrote down on my checklist :) Happy Easter to you also!
I never wonder if I left the iron on, have not touched it since 2006 when I retired. but way back then, yes I did wonder and that is why mine had the auto cut off thingy..
Cool photo;-) I also check the electric stove and the coffee maker several times when we leave the house. They have been turned on a few times before leaving. One of us accidentally puts them on in a hurry.
Dear Denise :=) I have left things plugged in, and only remembered after leaving the house, but now I have a check list which helps enormously. Have a Happy Easter
Thank you so for taking the time to leave a comment. I enjoy reading them very much and always try to return a visit. As I do monitor comments it may take a while for them to appear, even quite late depending on what is going on and how much time I am able to spend on the computer.
I appreciate all who look at my blog, but I won't be publishing any businesses. If you are only able to publish anonymously, would you sign your name please, and leave an addy so I can return your visit where possible? Thank you!
I wonder if I locked the door, closed the fridge all the way, turned the lights off, and set the thermostat. I wish I had a little bird to tell me...
ReplyDeleteI wonder the same things Ginny :)
DeleteLOL...that happened to me very often! Happy Easter, Denise.
ReplyDeleteMe too Angie although it helps that I have a check list before I go to bed now, and check everything I wrote down on my checklist :) Happy Easter to you also!

ReplyDeleteThat's the same in our house, and one of us turns it on not realizing the other has turned it off already :)

Hello Sonjia :) a check list is a great idea. Happy Easter to you also.
DeleteHah, I love this. This happens every once in a while to us. We just go back and check and that way don't have to worry about it.

DeleteLOL...it's usually the oven for me!
