“When you are old and grey and full of sleep,
And nodding by the fire, take down this book,
And slowly read, and dream of the soft look
Your eyes had once,
And of their shadows deep;
How many loved your moments of glad grace.”
~William Butler Yeats~

Deleteshe doesn't have on glasses! since i am struggling with waiting for new glasses and am very old, I noticed that first thing. I do take down a book/slash kindle every day of my life and read, but not poetry..
ReplyDeleteI need glasses too and have wear them most of the time. I have enjoyed poetry since my English teacher introduced me to it when I was eleven. I've loved poetry ever since, and I enjoy a good book too. I always appreciate bloggers sharing what they are reading :)
