It was lovely to see the flowers that grow in Green Spring Gardens and good that you shared the names of them. The bees certainly enjoy the late Summer flowers.
I love your globe amaranth. I had no idea that's what it was called. While growing up, we called it bozo bozo. I believe a "bozu" is a bald headed monk. I guess they even make leis with the flowers. http://www.leisofhawaii.com/everlastingbozo.htm I looked up bozo bozo and globe amaranth comes up. This is so neat. Thank you for this information.
Hi Denise what beautiful flowers Thankyou for sharing them with us ,also Thankyou for following me ,I am now also following you, hope you have a lovely day xx
What a great collection of photos. I even recognized some of them. My wife plants lantana, and a different version of the aster, and the butterfly bush. I've encountered the tickseed plant on some of the hikes I've done.
Thank you so for taking the time to leave a comment. I enjoy reading them very much and always try to return a visit. As I do monitor comments it may take a while for them to appear, even quite late depending on what is going on and how much time I am able to spend on the computer.
I appreciate all who look at my blog, but I won't be publishing any businesses. If you are only able to publish anonymously, would you sign your name please, and leave an addy so I can return your visit where possible? Thank you!
