Thank you Diane, I processed it on Paint Shop Pro, not on any phone apps this time. I added the frame but didn't like the border, so I cut the outer frame off which was black and rather too raised for my taste, to a more subtle inner bevel, also changed the black to the blue. It is always fun to work on my PSP.
