Our neighborhood is coming to life with many of the trees blooming, particularly redbuds and dogwoods as the cherry blossoms have come and gone. Our azaleas are blooming out front. I am looking forward to going to the garden center sometime next week, just to see about choosing plants to put in the pots out back. It's that time of the year, and dodgy weather but hopefully we have had the last frost. Fingers crossed!

Thanks for stopping by and
enjoy your Sunday!

Almost no Azaleas here so far. I hope you let us see your garden center purchases! I love how her dress matches the blooming trees!
ReplyDeleteSuch a cheerful spring update!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your garden center trip and happy Sunday! 🌷
Sounds all good to me, Denise. Enjoy your visit to the garden centre.
ReplyDeleteThank you for this lovely post with the great quote!
ReplyDeleteI also hope there won't be any more frost; that wouldn't be good for nature, and for you and me too!
Have a happy Sunday! hugs Elke
Here we have crocuses but not much else, yet. Soon, I hope!
ReplyDeleteAround here it's Memorial Day weekend that we do any planting. We're behind everyone else
ReplyDeleteSame here...all the wild flowers, trees and singing birds..just wonderful!
ReplyDeleteHappy Spring Denise! It is wonderful to see the flowers and trees blooming.
ReplyDeleteTake care, enjoy your day and happy week.
I put my bird bath out yesterday. I don’t think it got down to freezing, so hopefully the water didn’t freeze! I have t seen much in the way of budding trees here …still looks very much like winter, except the grass is greeni greening up and I see some flowers.
ReplyDeleteIt's too cold to plant here. I am happy for the anticipation!
ReplyDeleteThat’s the hope.
ReplyDeleteThis is an adorable piece. Happy spring to you too. I hope you are enjoying a beautiful blue sky day too. But I also hope it's a little warmer than it is here in New Hampshire.
ReplyDeleteWe are still in the grubby zone between winter and the greening. It does mot look good around here, and many days have been the pits, weather-wise.
