YESTERDAY I DIDN'T KNOW THAT I WOULD BE COMING ACROSS THIS BEAUTIFUL ARTWORK

It was on a vehicle in the parking area when we visited the pond. I noticed it as we were leaving. There was no one inside and I thought I could take a few photos without disturbing anyone.

The main artwork on the hood was that of an American Indian on a pinto pony.

The man is shown in a ceremonial pose with arms raised and head tilted back towards the sky. He is holding a ceremonial staff in one hand.

I would like to have had a conversation with this very talented artist, but its occupants were most likely taking a walk in the woods. Below is a close up of the spear on the side. The same design was on the other side also. Seeing this lovely artwork made our trip to the pond even more enjoyable.

Thanks for looking and

I hope you have a great day

and weekend.

    1. Occasionally I will see a car that is painted in a unique way. Usually on the road when it is very hard to take photos of them. Thanks Diane, I agree, it is lovely artwork :)

  5. That is amazing artwork on the car. I'm sure it gets noticed. We occasionally see Native American soverign tribe license plates on cars around here. They're interesting, legal, and different than the usual state licenses. Linda in Kansas

  9. I don't care for the arrow but the hood is gorgeous.. it is most likely decals/skins for cars and trucks. they are trending now, I see them on bob's car shows... temu sells them. search for native American decals cars/trucks

  10. Might be a problem when it comes to reselling the car! In the meantime it really makes a statement. Few among us would have the nerve to decorate our car in such a manner.
