Bring Your Own Birdseed
Crow says: "We have to bring our own bird seed? Whatever next?"
Message below: "They are asking volunteers to bring brooms for clean-up!"
Your crows at the feeder are amusing; they squawk so loudly in flocks at my place.
ReplyDeleteHappy day, hugs Elke
I am happy you think so dear Elke. They squawk loudly here also. I have two who visit every now and again, and sometimes they bring friends :) Happy day to you also, hugs Denise :)
DeleteCrow-quet seems to be a hot topic at the bird feeder. Was quite fun to read.
ReplyDeleteHello Yvonne :) it is this week anyhow, lol! :) Glad you enjoyed, thank you :)
DeleteVery good, Denise...lol
ReplyDeleteThank you Margaret :)
DeleteLove the cute birds and captions! Fun post.
ReplyDeleteTake care, have a great weekend.
So glad Eileen, thank you :) You take care and have a great weekend also.
DeleteHaha brilliant Denise. I was half expecting cricket but it isn't big over there. Fairly popular up here in Scotland. I have to say that crow is a fine looking bird :-D Love crows so much! :-D
ReplyDeleteThanks for your lovely comments. I look at where I am now and think back to being in hospital and not being able to walk for 6 weeks and realise I am doing well. <3
That's great, thank you Ananka. I thought of cricket as a matter of fact but crow-quet won out :) We see a team of crickets playing in a nearby field during the summer months. That's the only time I have seen them here in the US, and they are almost on our doorstep. As for your health issues, you are very welcome, I am truly happy that you are doing so well. Applauding here! :)
DeleteCool!
ReplyDeleteThank you Anne :)
DeleteCROW-quet seems exclusionary. 🤓
ReplyDeleteAt least to the crows :)
DeleteHappy weekend!
ReplyDeletehugs
Donna

ReplyDeleteGreat, thank you Ann :) Me too and I guess I was, in my imagination, lol!
DeleteSo cute. Love you friend.
ReplyDeleteHappy you found it so, thank you Regine. Love you too :)
DeleteFunny! The crows around here are carrying sticks and other things to build nests right now so this fits perfectly.
ReplyDeleteGlad you found it funny Val :) That's wonderful! I haven't seen our crows do that yet, at least with the three who visit. I wonder if they are too young?
DeleteDenise you gave me a giggle today. Thank you
ReplyDeleteHugs Cecilia
You are very welcome and you have made my day telling me that, thank you Cecilia, Hugs, Denise
DeleteI love that crow image with the croquet ball. I haven't played croquet in a long time, but as a kid we always had big tournaments when there was enough of us around, :) Thanks for the good memories. Have a great Saturday.
ReplyDeleteYou are very welcome Erika and that's wonderful. I'm glad you like the little guy with the red ball. Those are very nice memories, thank you for sharing them.
DeleteThank you for the morning smile!

DeleteI'm sure they will do brilliantly.
ReplyDeleteMe too, crows are so skilled and clever :)
DeleteDear Denise
ReplyDeleteHa Ha! How clever of you to think of Crow-quet Denise. The images and captions made me smile. It's always fun at "Saturday morning at the bird feeder".Thank you kindly.:)

Deletelol crow-quet!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ivy, though I keep tripping over the sticks they keep leaving around, lol :)
Delete❤️
DeleteHere you are!!! I tried commenting last night, but Google would not let me. This happens at times with quite a few blogs. I love the birds with their little Cro-Quet sets!!! They could also use the mallets to their advantage by using them to hit cats upside the head.
ReplyDeleteFantastic! I had trouble leaving comments yesterday too, not with you but on someone else's blog. Blogger glitches were playing their own crow-quet I think ;) Now, that last sentence made me laugh Ginny.
DeleteLOL Crow-quet ... that is brilliant.
ReplyDeleteAnother wonderful Saturday post, thank you.
All the best Jan
Thank you Jan, happy you thought so and much appreciated. All the best to you too :)
DeleteBuen sábado. Te mando un beso.
ReplyDeleteMuchas gracias :) Te deseo un feliz domingo. Te envío un beso.
DeleteDefinitely a groaner, but still appreciated!
ReplyDeleteThat's the main thing, thanks Jim and all the best to you and Barb :)
