These lovely spring flowers were found in Williamsburg on our last trip down to see family last month. We stopped here as it is on the way and we wanted to show my Brother-in-Law. He had visited Williamsburg 24 years before.
Today's Flowers was created by Luiz Santilli, Jr. Thank you Luiz! I am now its host.

ReplyDeleteGood morning Denise,
ReplyDeleteThe flowers there are so nice that they deserve a better weed-smothering substance. Other than what looks like pine needle straw, and is a bit depressing. Black sedge peat maybe?
Thank you for hosting. It quite cheers me up to see what flowers where.

ReplyDeleteTulips are one of my favourite spring flowers. You saw a beautiful display of tulips and pansies when you were in Williamsburg. Our tulips are just coming out in the garden and I love each one of them for their variety. What a pretty mosaic you've created! I hope you have a wonderful weekend which I believe includes Mother's Day in the USA and other countries.
