Happily married to my best friend and soulmate for the last 44 years. Our son and daughter-in-law are our joy, and we are fortunate that they live not so far away. Love to travel when we can, long trip or short one. At this stage of our lives even a trip to the supermarket is fun. We try not to take even the simplest things for granted. My father and his mother passed down their love of animals and birds to me. Hubs and I love visiting nature reserves when opportunities arise. I also love being around flowers and we love to walk around botanical gardens. A favorite hobby we share is taking photos that keep our memories alive. I share many of Gregg’s photos throughout. This is a journal of sorts, where our family and friends can see what daily life brings our way. And then there is blogging where all my blog friends live. You have opened up the world to me, here in the U.S and all around the world. For this I will always be grateful.
